The Supreme Court of Georgia has dismissed a lawsuit challenging District 52 state Rep. Shea Roberts’ election win in a November battle between two lawyers.
In a unanimous decision, the justices on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s ruling rejecting a challenge to election results showing Roberts, D-Atlanta, beat incumbent Deborah Silcox, R-Sandy Springs, by 377 votes.
