Auto-Owners Insurance filed an interpleader complaint against Morgan & Morgan and other defendants Monday in Georgia Middle District Court. The lawsuit, brought by attorney Michael C. Kendall, seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of an automobile policy. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-00151, Auto-Owners Insurance Company v. King et al.
