Auto-Owners Insurance sued Martha Miles, Quyen Vinh Nguy and Hung Van Nguyen Friday in Georgia Southern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The lawsuit was filed by Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00078, Auto-Owners Insurance Company v. Nguyen et al.
