Veteran trial lawyer and noted raconteur Hugh McNatt, managing partner at Balch & Bingham’s Vidalia, Georgia, office, died June 1 at age 74.
McNatt spent decades as a litigator working in all of the state’s varied regions, often representing utilities such as Georgia Power Co. and electric membership cooperatives, as well as trucking companies, automobile and aircraft manufacturers.
