Welcome to a special Tuesday edition of Skilled in the Art. I’m Law.com IP reporter Scott Graham. Yes, I previously said that there would be no Skilled in the Art this week, because I won’t be around on Friday. But then the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology and the Federal Circuit Bar Association put on a webinar called “Oral Advocacy at Its Finest: Hon. Kimberly Moore and Hon. Alan Albright Discuss What Works and What Doesn’t.” It more than lived up to its lofty billing, so I’m offering up some highlights below.

As always, you can email me your feedback and follow me on Twitter.
