Three lawyers from labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson have jumped to Polsinelli, attracted to the firm’s flexibility to offer alternative legal fees and its full-service model.
The Atlanta-based group is led by shareholder Angelo Spinola, who is the new co-chair of Polsinelli’s home health, home care and hospice practice. The team’s other two shareholders are Anne Mellen and William Vail. Their client relations manager, Melissa Mann, joined Polsinelli with them on Wednesday.
