With a totally virtual merger in mid-2020, Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders’ first year together translated to $918.01 million in gross revenue and $361.59 million in net income.

These figures reflect the predecessor firms’ financials in the first half of 2020 added to the merged firm’s numbers in the second half. Altogether, the totals amount to 2.1% revenue growth and a 17.2% jump in net income, compared with the combined 2019 financials of predecessor firms Troutman Sanders, based in Atlanta, and Pepper Hamilton, based in Philadelphia.
