National labor and employment firm FordHarrison is expecting an increase in employment litigation this year, after the slowdown for that work due to court closures from the pandemic. Still, the firm ended 2020 in far better shape than expected right after the pandemic hit.

“I’m relieved to say it was one of our best years ever,” said FordHarrison’s managing partner, Al McKenna, who is based in the 180-lawyer firm’s Charlotte office. “We exceeded our revenue goals and our expenses were under budget.”
