Former federal prosecutor David Chaiken has left Troutman Pepper to start his own white-collar defense boutique.

Chaiken, 47, said his inspiration for Chaiken Law was big trial law and litigation boutiques based in New York, Chicago and California. “Particularly in Atlanta, there is room in the market for a white-collar trial and investigations boutique like those that have emerged in other major cities that can handle sophisticated matters ranging from an audit committee investigation to a federal jury trial,” he said.
