Seventy-four associates working at big firms in Atlanta candidly and anonymously shared their thoughts on their workplaces in the annual The American Lawyer’s Midlevel Associates Survey.
Their comments included suggestions on improving mental health in the legal profession (mainly, stop overworking associates); some frustrations about how big their firms are; and some perennial pay complaints.
