Taylor English Duma has added Sonny Cohen, the former general counsel of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and AFC Enterprises, as a partner in its corporate practice.
Cohen’s long experience in GC roles at Popeyes and AFC Enterprises is another boost for Taylor English’s general counsel practice. The firm added former Printpack GC Gray McCalley Jr. in February.
