With a unanimous opinion written by Justice Michael Boggs, the high court reversed Fulton County Superior Court Judge Eric Dunaway’s dismissal of a lawsuit filed by Mary Jackson and her nonprofit organization, Reaching Our Sisters Everywhere Inc., or ROSE.
