A former in-house lawyer at Equifax Inc. was named the top attorney at a building products and service company on Wednesday.
Shawn Baldwin has been named the general counsel and corporate secretary of Select Interior Concepts, a building products company based in Anaheim, California. Baldwin will manage the company’s legal department and provide senior management with advice on the SIC’s overall strategies. He is the company’s first general counsel and started in the role in October.
