There may have been some change in the representation of women at major law firms over the past five years, but it has been slow going. That’s one major takeaway from our latest look at gender diversity in Big Law, based on data collected by ALM Intelligence.

Since 2013, the proportion of women associates at Am Law 200 firms has increased just 2 percent, while women equity partners have increased 4 percent. The representation of non-equity women partners has been stagnant, according to our survey.
