The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit said “no way” to an Alabama trade group seeking to collect $1.7 million from a South Georgia farm family for taking their produce off the market one year.

In an opinion released Monday affirming the court below, Judge Kevin Newsom—joined by Judge Elizabeth Branch and Senior Judge R. Lanier Anderson—quoted the “King of Blues” talking about a crop known as king of the South.
