Jury selection has occupied prosecutors, defense lawyers and Chief Judge Robert McBurney of Fulton County Superior Court this week as they prepare for the murder trial of former Fisher & Phillips partner Tex McIver.

Prosecutors say McIver intentionally shot his wife to death in 2016; McIver and his lawyers say Diane McIver died in a tragic accident.
