An attorney at Gunster, one of the largest corporate law firms in the country, has been handpicked by Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles T. Canady to join the high court’s Judicial Management Council.
Simone Marstiller, a former judge for Florida’s First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, was appointed to the council, which meets quarterly with the state Supreme Court in an advisory capacity, and makes recommendations based on issues and concerns facing the court system.
