The developer of the Marriott Residence Inn hotel in Surfside hasn’t repaid more than $5 million to an investor, according to a lawsuit.

Transacta Developers LLC, led by broker-turned-developer Silvia Sabates Coltrane, developed the five-story, 190,132-square-foot hotel with 175 rooms on 1.7 acres, the complaint said. It opened in June 2016 at 9200 Collins Ave.
