The law office building at 320 Fern St. in West Palm Beach was damaged in March and April 2016 when bricks fell on top of it from the wall of adjacent Alexander Lofts, according to a lawsuit complaint.
Bricks from the Lofts apartment building fell on William W. Price's law office and damaged the roof, rooftop equipment and the interior.

A West Palm Beach attorney won a $1.5 million jury award after bricks from the apartment building next door crashed through his law firm’s roof.
The law firm claimed tons of bricks from the east wall of the six-story Alexander Lofts fell through the roof and skylights of the adjacent one-story William W. Price P.A. office on March 3, 2016.
