Real estate partner Bruce Wiener has been named managing partner of Broad and Cassel’s Tallahassee and Destin offices, succeeding longtime office managing partner M. Stephen Turner.
Wiener has been increasingly involved in the overall management and strategy of the firm and has more than 20 years experience practicing as a real estate lawyer in Tallahassee and across the state, the firm said. He represents buyers and sellers in the purchase of commercial, multifamily, acreage and timberland property and provides contract title and closing services on behalf of developers and public sector institutions. He also represents lenders in the preparation of loan documents and closing for commercial loan transactions.
