Partners at Hunton & Williams and Andrews Kurth Kenyon have agreed to merge their firms and operate as Hunton Andrews Kurth, a 1,000-lawyer firm with offices in Miami, 14 other U.S. cities and five outside the United States.

Hunton Andrews Kurth, which will officially launch April 2, has 32 lawyers in Miami led by managing partner Juan Enjamio. The combined firm also will have about 300 lawyers in Texas, more than 200 lawyers in Richmond, Virginia, and more than 150 lawyers each in New York City and Washington, D.C.
