Fort Lauderdale-based law firm Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf has added a name partner and joined the growing number of firms that have ditched the ampersand in their brand.

The 10-year-old firm promoted litigator Marcus Susen and is now rebranded Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen.

Susen, whose work has included representing plaintiffs in product and premises liability, auto accidents, breach of contract and civil theft, was hired in 2009.

Koch Parafinczuk has offices in Coral Gables, Orlando, Pensacola, Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, and focuses on insurance and liability defense and serves clients in bad faith lawsuits, breach of contract actions and coverage litigation. Its work includes general insurance defense, first-party property defense, breach of contract disputes, whistleblower actions, professional disciplinary actions, products liability, medical malpractice, employment law matters, and workers’ compensation defense.
