A push for construction of more workforce housing in Miami-Dade County was greeted Wednesday by pushback from the target audience — builders.
At a meeting of the Latin Builders Association and the Builders Association of South Florida, county officials explained details of a program adopted in December to replace a measure that was unsuccessful since very little was built under it.
