Several Palmetto Bay police officers are facing a lawsuit after they fatally shot a 25-year-old with Asperger’s Syndrome they said lunged at them with a pickax.
Ethan Rincon was killed in March after he locked himself inside his parents’ house when police arrived to investigate reports that he was smashing cars with a pickax.
