A Fort Lauderdale hotel has sold for $149 million in a large hotel transaction that bookends a year full of monster deals.
The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at 321 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. traded hands Dec. 3, leaving seller A1A Trader LLC with a significant gain on the price it paid for the same property in 2005.
