Gov. Rick Scott announced two appointments Monday to Miami-Dade Circuit Court: County Court Judge Rodolfo Ruiz II and Assistant County Attorney Jason Bloch.
Ruiz, 35, has been a county judge for two years. Before his appointment, he was an assistant county attorney from 2009 to 2012. He was with White & Case from 2006 to 2008 and began his legal career as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Frederico Moreno in Miami.
