Publix Supermarkets Inc. is expanding its real estate portfolio, closing an $11.6 million deal for space in Davie’s Paradise Promenade plaza, according to a deed recorded Friday.
Publix acquired the store at 5949-6029 Stirling Road, where it already operates a supermarket and pharmacy.
