A Miami Beach home that once belonged to Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar has sold for nearly $10 million.
Christian Berdouare, the owner of the Chicken Kitchen restaurant chain is the buyer in the $9.65 million transaction for the house at 5860 N. Bay Road. The mansion on Biscayne Bay features four bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms on a 24,425-square-foot waterfront lot.
