Arnstein & Lehr is the latest law firm to ink a lease at the Southeast Financial Center in downtown Miami, which secured recent leases with Shutts & Bowen and White & Case.

Arnstein, which has been in the Southeast building since 2000, signed a renewal and expanded its space to 27,054 square feet. The firm has added 11,900 square feet over the past six years.

Over the last three months, Shutts & Bowen signed a new lease for 69,155 square feet, and White & Case signed a renewal for 57,494 square feet in Florida’s tallest office tower.

Arnstein & Lehr’s new offices will be on the 36th floor of the 55-story building. The Chicago-based firm has 30 lawyers in its Miami office and other offices in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Milwaukee, Springfield, Ill., Tampa and West Palm Beach.
