A New Jersey attorney was disbarred after he reached an ignoble career milestone — his 25th ethics violation, which included forging his former partner’s signature.
The New Jersey Supreme Court adopted the Disciplinary Review Board’s finding that John Tunney faked the signature to create the false impression he had not been served in a prior ethics case.
