A Miami federal judge has certified a class-action brought on behalf of about 800 former employees of one-time foreclosure titan David Stern who claim they were not given enough warning of their layoffs by DJSP Enterprises.
U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro late Monday sided with the fired workers at Stern’s Plantation-based foreclosure processing firm, which shared the same building as his law firm.
