A traffic ticket attorney is suing a Miami strip club, accusing Gold Rush of plying him with so much alcohol that he became drunk and partially unconscious and charging his credit card $19,000.
In a complaint filed last week in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Mark S. Gold, who runs the Ticket Clinic and the DUI Task Force, claims the club served him alcohol until he was "rendered intoxicated, partially or temporarily unconscious and further to the extent that he had a complete loss of judgment, rational thought or the ability to enter into lawful contracts or agreements."
