After nearly a quarter century of donning the black robe, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge David C. Miller will hang it up at the end of the year.
And attorneys said the state court is losing a devoted judge. Miller, in an interview with Daily Business Review in 2018, said that he would make himself available on request, without delaying hearings or decisions, “even if that meant giving up my vacation, weekend and holiday time.”
