Igor Zorin, a former Russian government official, and Trump Palace 5507, represented by David E. Wolff with Wolff Law, filed a suit in Miami Dade Circuit Court against Svyatoslav Mangushev, a real estate investor with ties to Russian intelligence forces.
According to the lawsuit, in 2019 Mangushev approached Zorin interested in purchasing the property.
