A basketball player for the Miami Heat was hit with a lawsuit over a catastrophic car accident earlier this month that resulted in a 21-year-old requiring an amputation.
Manuel Dobrinsky, a partner at Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein in Miami, represents the plaintiff, Alekxei Pino, who sued the defendants, Haywood Highsmith Jr. and Brenda Highsmith, over alleged failure to operate the vehicle in a reasonably safe manner.
