Here is an assurance to the client that attorneys have regulation when it comes to their use of technology, in general and AI in particular. We are not entering Thunderdome in pursuit of some easy answers. The use of artificial intelligence must be practically managed to gain public confidence.

Board of ContributorsI thought I would address the beloved legal client, many of whom are more confused than pleased with lawyers' use of generative AI. Here is an assurance to the client that attorneys have regulation when it comes to their use of technology, in general and AI in particular. We are not entering Thunderdome in pursuit of some easy answers. The use of artificial intelligence must be practically managed to gain public confidence.
