Jones Foster’s newly appointed chairman Scott Hawkins joined the firm back in 1986. After serving as vice chair of the firm for 18 years, he was elected chairman this month, and now he’s looking to keep growing but at a moderate pace.

Jones Foster currently has over 40 attorneys in three offices all located within Palm Beach County, which Hawkins says have been slow to grow but are good at retaining talent.
