It’s back to court for former Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren, whose legal battle with Gov. Ron DeSantis turned in his favor with a federal appellate court win Wednesday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit overturned DeSantis’ trial court win in a dispute over removing the state prosecutor, who is accused of not following the law and making public statements supporting abortion and transgender health care.
