As firms across South Florida find new ways to encourage employees to come back to the office, one AM Law 200 firm is getting a fresh start by securing a seven-year lease at The Plaza, a new Class A office in downtown Coral Gables.
The Miami/Coral Gables Hinshaw & Culbertson office recently signed an 18,000-square-foot lease at the mixed-use property located at 2901 Ponce de Leon Blvd. The property has retail, hotel, commercial and residential space. The firm is moving from another office in Coral Gables where it had a 23,000 square foot lease for 12 years.
