Amid a nationwide talent war that has battered law firm financials in some cases, Florida firms seemed to have raised starting associate salaries higher than the national average.
Similar to the state’s tendency to beat national figures on revenue and profit numbers among law firms, the state’s firms also outpaced national figures on salary increases last year, according to data from the 2023 NLJ 500.
