Bad news for one Florida attorney.
An appellate court in the Sunshine State upheld a final order imposing monetary sanctions against an attorney, who a trial judge said that despite three decades of litigation experience, “intended to sabotage” a lower court. The lawyer also refused to abide by court orders and demonstrated other improper conduct, the court found.
