Four law firms have taken roles on the acquisition of London’s Winchester House, the U.K. headquarters of Deutsche Bank, for £257 million.

Linklaters, and Clifford Chance advised Malaysian engineering, property, and infrastructure company, Gamuda Berhad,  and U.K.-based real estate private equity investor Castleforge Partners, on a joint venture to acquire Deutsche Bank’s London HQ, according to announcements from the firms.
