A federal judge in Gainesville tossed a civil rights case after finding “malicious abuse of the judicial process,” due to the plaintiff failing to disclose his litigation history and failing to state a claim for relief.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Hope T. Cannon issued a report and recommendation Jan. 13, concluding that the case should be dismissed with prejudice. U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor of the Northern District Court of Florida adopted Cannon’s findings in a two-page order issued Jan. 30.
