The Third District Court of Appeal issued a new ruling in a long-standing fight over a 550-home community on the Calusa golf course in West Kendall.
The court ruled in favor of the residents after they asked for a county zoning decision to be revoked due to the lack of proper notification. As a result, Sunrise-based GL Homes must restart the process to seek county approval for the project.
