The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit revealed Tuesday the three judges picked to hear the U.S. Department of Justice’s legal fight against former President Donald Trump over his push for a special master to review classified documents seized from his Mar-a-Lago home.

Chief Judge William Pryor and Judges Britt Grant and Andrew Brasher will decide whether to overturn U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon’s order for a special master to review records that Trump took from the White House to his Florida home.
