A Florida appeals court reversed a trial court’s dismissal of a lawsuit against Morgan, Lewis & Bockius that accuses the Am Law 50 firm of aiding and abetting both fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, and engaging in civil conspiracy.

The plaintiffs, the estate of A. Scott Logan, represented by Kent Logan and Lance Logan, and Robert C. Gunther, Jane C. Gunther, and Highpoint Tower Technology, brought claims against Morgan Lewis, BDO Seidman, and AIG International, according to the Oct. 21 opinion issued by the Second District Court of Appeal.
