Florida’s First District Court of Appeal reversed an administrative order Wednesday, blasting agencies for their engagement in “a game of bait-and-switch” when the state’s health department allegedly failed to notify a nurse of all the alleged violations that led to the permanent revocation of her nursing license.
In 2017, the Louisiana Board of Nursing suspended the nursing license of Kimberley McQueary for allegedly violating patient confidentiality.
