As law firms across South Florida negotiate leases that pack more attorneys into smaller offices or reduce square footage in favor of hybrid work and hoteling, midsize international law firm Zumpano Patricios is doubling down on its 8,000 square-foot Coral Gables headquarters.

With 22 lawyers in Miami and four more on the way, the firm purchased the 7,000-square-foot property next door, 328 Minorca Ave. The property, listed at $3.4 million, brings the headquarters to 15,000 square feet and adds 20 offices, two conference rooms, and 20 parking spaces in a covered and uncovered parking structure. Altogether, the new space will have more than 40 offices and four conference rooms, as well as to-be-determined architectural touches from contracted architect Ramon Pacheco.
