PepsiCo and Celsius Holdings Inc., maker of the Celsius brand fitness drinks, announced a long-term strategic distribution agreement on Monday. As part of the transaction, PepsiCo will place a $550 million investment in the drink company. New York-based PepsiCo is represented by Davis Polk & Wardwell and a Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher team led by partner Saee Muzumdar. Celsius, which is based in Boca Raton, Florida, is advised by a Holland & Knight team led by partners Tammy Knight and Alvin Johnson.
