Here’s an analysis of the results of this year’s DBR Review 100.
On Monday, the Daily Business Review published its annual Review 100, a ranking of Florida’s top law firms by in-state head count in 2021. Using data that firms provided to the National Law Journal, we saw that Florida law firms slowed their growth or lost attorneys in 2021 during an expensive talent war.
The averages only tell part of the story, though, as some out-of-state firms continued to muscle their way into the market and Florida-native law firms capitalized on the migration and added lawyers to keep up with demand.
